A delegation of 62 members from Pakistani fintech firms is participating in the Singapore Fintech Festival from November 15 to 17, 2023.
This group comprises ten finalists from the Sprint Pakistan Hackathon, a competition organized in eight Pakistani cities from September 18 to October 24, 2023. The Bank of Punjab, in partnership with Digibop, the Pakistan High Commission in Singapore, Elevandi Singapore, the Singapore Fintech Association, and Apix Singapore, facilitated the hackathon.
Invent Global, a company specializing in exhibition experiences, is spearheading a delegation of seven Pakistani fintech companies that are establishing a pavilion at SFF. The High Commission organized visits for the delegation to Google, Meta, and Stripe in Singapore.
They received briefings on the present and future initiatives of these tech platforms in Pakistan. Google and Meta are actively supporting the Government of Pakistan in its endeavors for financial inclusion, empowerment of women and youth, digital literacy, promotion of entrepreneurial culture, and the growth of SMEs in the country.

Tonight, the High Commissioner is hosting a networking dinner at Pakistan House. The event will include key figures from the Monetary Authority of Singapore, Singapore Fintech Association, Apix Singapore, Elevandi, HSBC Bank, OCBC Bank, Standard Chartered Bank, Nanyang Technological University, Singapore Management University, and a significant fintech community from Singapore. They have been invited for interaction and networking with the Pakistani fintech delegation.
