In partnership with Shirakat Partnership for Development and Vision-Building Future (VBF), Mobilink Bank actively participated in the European Union (EU) program “Power to Youth.” More than 100 young people, primarily women, received financial literacy training as a result of this strategic initiative, which was supported by the EU.
Mobilink Bank actively participated in the European Union (EU) program “Power to Youth” in collaboration with Shirakat Partnership for Development and Vision-Building Future (VBF). As a result of this strategic project, which was financed by the EU, more than 100 young people. In which mostly women were financed, they obtained financial literacy training.

Moreover, the “Power to Youth” campaign, which aimed to promote financial literacy, gave people the tools they needed. To make wise financial decisions and stimulate the economy. 40 low-income women participated in its inaugural session, which was hosted in Village Gorsiyan, UC Raman Tehsil Gujjar Khan. This session served as skill upgrading training for digital account opening, financial awareness, and customized loan schemes.
The second session was held in Dhoke Khaba, Tehsil Rawalpindi. This session educated 25 young men and women on financial products. Moreover, they were educated on borrowing patterns and long-term loan utilization.
The final session was held at Rehmatabad, Rawalpindi Cantt. It provided 35 female entrepreneurs with entrepreneurship training. Allowing them to establish profitable enterprises.
The objective of the program is to transform the knowledge of finances into a tool for one’s individual and societal growth. Moreover, these workshops represent that mission.
