Ufone Football Cup has kicked off in full swing in Baluchistan and Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. With over 2000 young footballers taking part in the tournament, 140 teams that are competing with each other, there will be one to win the title from each province.

The football tournaments will be played in 22 cities in Balochistan out of which 69 teams will make it to the qualifier round and 22 city champions will cross over to the eliminator round. 8 out of these teams will qualify for ‘Super 8’. The Super 8 matches will be played on the 20th and 21st November whereas, the semifinals and finals will take place in Quetta’s Ayub Stadium on the 22nd and 23rd November.
The tournaments in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa will start from 8th November. 71 teams from 24 cities will compete for the qualifier round. Out of which 24 city champions will compete in the eliminator round and 8 will move to the Super 8 round. The finals and semi-finals will be played at Peshawar’s Qayyum Stadium on the 1st and 2nd December.

The Ufone Football Cup is a great opportunity for young footballers in Balochistan and Khyber Pakhtunkhwa to exhibit their talent. The two regions have a huge pool of talented footballers but they don’t have the infrastructure to support their talent. Ufone will be offering them the perfect opportunity.
