U Microfinance Bank (U Bank) and IMARAT Group of Companies have forged a strategic partnership to deliver tailored branch and branchless banking services to the IMARAT Group, encompassing Graana and Agency21.
In this collaboration, U Bank will provide a suite of personalized banking services to IMARAT Group. These include employee banking with complimentary insurance, payroll disbursement, collection arrangements via branch banking and digital channels, and customized financial products to meet the financial needs of IMARAT Group’s employees and customers. Additionally, the signing ceremony, held recently in Islamabad, saw the formalization of the Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) by Mr. Mohamed Essa Al Taheri, President & CEO of U Bank, and Mr. Shafiq Akbar, Chairman of IMARAT Group, in the presence of senior management from both entities.
