An AI hub, which was previewed in the Microsoft Store earlier this year, is now available to Windows 11 Insiders in Preview Build (25905) for testing. The integrated AI center will showcase a selection of curated AI applications from Microsoft and independent developers.
The new center was first introduced by Microsoft at its Build conference in May. Along with new AI-generated application review highlights for the Microsoft Store. Although they haven’t been released yet. But these summaries are planned to appear alongside an app’s ranking in the Microsoft store. On condensing user reviews into a few short lines.
But for the time being, the AI hub will have its own tab on the Microsoft Store’s left side, immediately underneath the Films & TV choice. Without access to the test release, it’s difficult to predict which apps the AI center will feature. But based on the Microsoft image shared, it appears like it may include tools like Luminar Neo and other AI image-editing apps.
A new price tracking function will also be added to the App Store. This will show you how much an app’s price has decreased in the previous 30 days. That ought to make it simpler to choose whether to buy an app outright or to wait for the following sale.
The 3D emoticons that Microsoft promised to include two years ago have also been included. And an issue that stopped Zune players from installing drivers has been fixed.
Although there is no information on when it will be made available to all users. The company claims Window Insiders in every platform with edition 22306.1401.x.x of the Microsoft Store app. And higher will see the AI center and the pricing tracker.
With the AI hub set to revolutionize the Windows 11 app store. The users can look forward to a more intelligent and personalized app discovery process. With unlocking the full potential of artificial intelligence right at their fingertips.
