JazzCash and Fatima Fertilizer Company Limited have joined forces to digitize farmer payments across Pakistan, marking a significant step towards modernizing the agricultural sector.
This strategic partnership aims to improve the ease and efficiency of financial transactions for farmers by utilizing the JazzCash comprehensive digital payment solutions.
Initially, the collaboration will focus on onboarding distributors with QR codes, allowing farmers to make payments seamlessly at over 1,200 hotspots nationwide. This initiative provides farmers with a more accessible and streamlined payment method, promoting financial inclusion within the agricultural community.
Moreover, the project will incorporate Merchant-to-Distributor (M2D) payments, ensuring smooth transactions between merchants and distributors. JazzCash will integrate its payment gateway into Fatima Fertilizer’s farmer application, enabling hassle-free digital transactions.
