In a significant move to streamline the payment of various receipts, the Islamabad Capital Territory (ICT) Police has collaborated with 1LINK and the State Bank of Pakistan (SBP) to implement the 1BILL payment system.
The ceremony marking this milestone featured prominent figures including Mr. Syed Ali Nasir Rizvi, Inspector General of Islamabad Police, Mr. Syed Ali Raza, Deputy Inspector General of Islamabad Police, and Sqn. Ldr. (Rtd) Abdul Haque Umrani, Assistant Inspector General of Islamabad Police. Other key attendees included Mr. Sarfraz Virk, Chief Traffic Officer of Islamabad, Mr. Rajesh Kumar Maheshwani, Deputy Director at SBP, Mr. Shahzad Akhtar, Senior Deputy Chief Manager at SBP, and Mr. Bashir Khan, Chief Operating Officer of 1LINK.
Moreover, this partnership aims to enhance the efficiency and convenience of payment processes for citizens by utilizing the 1BILL platform. It is expected to significantly reduce the time and effort required for various police-related payments, thereby improving overall public service delivery.
