Can you share the story behind your company and its journey so far?
I started HR POD in 2023 with my co-founder, Muhammad Talal Khalid, with the goal of creating a recruitment agency focused on tech talent. What started as a small boutique firm focusing on tech talent acquisition quickly became a journey of growth, innovation, and remarkable success. At first, it was just the two of us, but over time, our team grew to twelve people, and our revenue increased by 2500%. We have helped over 125 clients worldwide, matching the right talent with the right jobs. We’ve sourced more than 25,000 candidates and successfully filled over 500 positions.
As we expanded into five plus countries, we kept a personal touch while making a global impact. Recently, we were proud to receive an award in the Emerging Category at the Elevate Awards by the CXO Global Forum, which recognized our hard work.
Looking back, it’s incredible how far we have come. But we know this is just the beginning. At HR POD, we are committed to improving recruitment, one successful match at a time.
What key challenges is your industry facing today, and how is your company tackling them?
The recruitment industry faces significant challenges today like talent scarcity, high turnover, and the constant need for skill development. Over the years, I have realized that traditional methods are no longer enough. We need to evolve, and that’s exactly what we have done at HR POD.

By leveraging technology and data, we streamline recruitment processes to help businesses attract and retain top talent efficiently.

What is your long-term vision for your company and industry?
When I founded HR POD, my vision was clear is to revolutionize the recruitment landscape. It was not just about filling roles it was about transforming how talent is acquired and managed. Our goal is to set new standards, driving innovation and offering cutting-edge services that make a real impact.
Looking ahead, we are not just focused on global expansion, but also on maintaining a personalized, local touch. By the end of 2025, I’m committed to making HR POD the best recruitment agency in Pakistan, shaping the future of HR through a seamless blend of technology and human-centered approaches.
