Bank Alfalah has officially launched Eatsy — Pakistan’s first bank-led restaurant app — ushering in a new era of digital dining. This all-in-one solution offers a completely seamless, secure, and paperless experience for both diners and restaurant partners.
With Eatsy, the Bank merges lifestyle and banking innovation by enabling users to reserve tables, browse menus, order meals, generate cards, and make payments — all through a single platform. This marks a significant step toward embedded banking, where technology integrates into everyday life for convenience and value.
Currently, Eatsy is already live at 11 leading restaurants including Premo by Xanders, The Patio, Tooso, Coco Cubano, Enigma, and London Courtyard across Karachi and Lahore. Bank Alfalah aims to expand Eatsy’s footprint by onboarding more restaurant partners by year-end — accelerating its mission to digitise dining across Pakistan.
“Eatsy is a milestone in our embedded banking journey,” said Yahya Khan, Chief Digital Officer at Bank Alfalah. “We’re combining mobile convenience with everyday dining to create a cashless, frictionless, and smarter ecosystem for consumers and merchants alike.”
For Diners:
Eatsy delivers a personalised, effortless experience. Diners can instantly access restaurant menus, place orders, and reserve tables with real-time confirmations — eliminating the need for phone calls or printed menus. Live updates keep customers informed of their meal status, from kitchen to table.
When it’s time to pay, Eatsy simplifies the process with cashless options. It instantly creates and accepts Mastercard and Visa debit or credit cards from any bank. Users can also generate a Bank Alfalah prepaid card for top-ups and transactions. Exclusive cashback deals and tax benefits further enhance the user experience, making each visit more rewarding.
For Restaurants:
Eatsy empowers restaurant partners with a complete digital infrastructure. It enables efficient reservation handling, real-time booking confirmations, and seamless order flow between service staff and the kitchen. Merchants also gain the ability to issue and accept prepaid cards through the app — improving cash flow, transparency, and customer retention.
In addition, Eatsy provides restaurants with valuable analytics on customer behavior, helping them tailor offerings, streamline operations, and boost service quality.
A Cashless Dining Ecosystem:
Eatsy is not just an app — it’s a platform redefining how payments and dining interact. As Pakistan’s first digital solution to integrate both the merchant and consumer sides of the restaurant experience, it represents a bold step toward a cashless economy.
With Eatsy, Bank Alfalah is converting traditional cash users into digital spenders — enabling real-time prepaid card creation, usage tracking, and reward earning — all embedded within a digitally enhanced dining journey.
