KuickApp and Sindh Engro Coal Mining Company (SECMC) have successfully gone live
with Project Optimine, marking a significant milestone in their journey toward streamlined
and digital business process management.
As part of the project, KuickApp successfully digitized and brought key processes live,
including Daily Expense System (DES), Driver Management, and Force Task
Management, enabling SECMC to manage these processes through a more structured and
streamlined digital platform.
The Go-Live ceremony brought together SECMC’s senior leadership, including Amir Iqbal
(CEO), Muhammad Mudassir (CFO), and Hassan Farooq (CIO), along with key members of
the SECMC and KuickApp teams.
The successful Go-Live reflects the strong collaboration between SECMC and KuickApp in
driving process digitalization and creating more efficient ways of managing day-to-day
business operations.
The ceremony concluded with a cake-cutting celebration, marking this achievement for both
teams and the successful beginning of the next phase of Project Optimine.
