The awards include “Best Digital Customer Service Team”, “Best Transport Service Online”, and “Most Innovated App”. The super app fulfills its title of the Most Innovated App as it provides a solution to people for their everyday needs. Moreover, Careem has won the award for the best transport services for the third time in a row.
