According to a source, the Samsung’s Galaxy Z Fold 5 and Galaxy Z Flip 5 might be available sooner than anticipated. It’s possible that the South Korean smartphone manufacturer will hold a second Galaxy Unpacked launch event in the middle of July rather than in August. The business will likely compete with other makers of foldable phones like Oppo and Motorola, as well as Google. It is rumoured to be getting ready to introduce its own foldable phone.

According to the rumour, Samsung may be preparing an earlier release for the next Galaxy Z Fold 5 and Galaxy Z Flip 5 in order to enhance its Q3 revenues following a slow, “off season” first half of the year. According to a recent report from the South Korean company, its Q1 profits were 95% lower. This incident marking the worst quarter for profits in 14 years. The company attributes the sharp decline in profit on weak consumer electronics expenditure and ongoing chip oversupply that hurt sales.
The foldable phone manufacturer allegedly planned to mass-produce hinges for the Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 5 and Galaxy Z Flip 5 in early June. This tip was received last month. The tipster believes that since this is roughly a month earlier than the Samsung’s usual production. The company will be able to introduce both foldable phones in July rather than August.
