With the introduction of its Digital Trainee Executive (DTE) Program 2022, Zong 4G has hired 30 recent graduates from all over Pakistan as executives who would eventually head Zong 4G.
The Digital Trainee Executives were hired following a rigorous recruitment process that included online assessment exams and panel interviews in order to fulfill Zong’s commitment to offering employment opportunities to recent graduates through its Graduate Trainee Programs.
The company received over 13,000 applications from some of the top colleges in the nation for the industry’s numerous fields because it is an active employer in the telecom sector.
The DTE Program at Zong 4G is a rapid development program that combines on-the-job training with individualized and group coaching to produce future leaders with sound business judgment, current leadership skills, and functional capabilities.
The curriculum strives to give students a genuine, immersive learning experience in order to provide them with a comprehensive understanding of the digital company as well as the connections between various organizational roles.
The program will give DTEs access to technology, including Big Data, Information Security, Software Engineering, and Information Technology, which will push and challenge them while also developing their technical knowledge.
