Zong 4G, the country’s top telecoms firm, has teamed with Knowledge Platform, a prominent education technology business, to launch the “Zong Digital Scholars Program,” a significant step toward revolutionizing education in Pakistan.
This unique program is expected to have a big impact on 60 schools. In addition, also impacting the 3,000 students from underserved communities across the country.
A math tutoring program for grades 9 and 10 has been established in partnership with the Knowledge Platform and devoted school teachers.
Furthermore, the English and Sciences Self-Study Program supplements this by covering a wide range of courses for similar grades. Including Biology, Chemistry, English, General Science, Mathematics, and Physics.
The idea is simple. The goal is to provide technology-based education to students in low-income neighborhoods.
Also, provide them with the resources they require to succeed.
Zong 4G’s dedication to educational empowerment is seen in its collaborations with organizations such as PAGE, HANDS, and PBM, where digital laboratories have been established. These are established to further modernize schools and professional centers across the country.
The Zong Digital Scholars Program now takes that dedication a step further. By providing participating schools with materials such as lesson plans, evaluation tools. Moreover, provding the instructional games, and films to help them establish a conducive learning environment.
