The event aimed to celebrate the remarkable growth of IT & ITeS, a result of the Government’s strategic initiatives. It was attended by a distinguished gathering of forward-thinking professionals, senior government officials, policymakers, and industry leaders, with Mr. Umar Saif, Caretaker Federal Minister for IT and Telecommunication, serving as the chief guest. Furthermore, he distributed a commendable PKR 825 million among enterprises and organizations pivotal in fueling Pakistan’s IT export growth.

During the event, Asif Peer, CEO & MD at Systems Limited, underscored the importance of investing in the IT sector. Moreover, he expressed gratitude to the government for acknowledging Systems Limited as a key stakeholder in the IT industry, contributing significantly to the country’s economic growth. Peer remarked, “Pakistan’s IT industry has the potential to become the biggest contributor to economic growth in the country’s exports. It is encouraging to see the government taking decisive measures to leverage this potential.”
