Novus is an agile switching solution that allows financial institutions (FIs) to process financial transactions from various channels, such as automated teller machines (ATMs), cash deposit machines (CDMs), point-of-sale (POS) Terminals, and other electronic channels. Moreover, Novus streamlines the transaction processing system, enhances security, reduces operational costs, and offers banks to facilitate their customers with more convenient banking options, resulting in an improved customer banking experience across all alternate delivery channels (ADCs).
