How do you see AI and technology trends shaping the future of Facility Management globally and in Pakistan?
AI and technology are rapidly revolutionizing the facility management (FM) industry. Globally, AI-driven solutions are optimizing maintenance, energy efficiency, and workplace management. Predictive maintenance, powered by IoT sensors and AI analytics, is becoming a game-changer, helping facilities proactively address issues before they disrupt operations.
In Pakistan, the adoption of AI and tech solutions is still in its early stages, but the potential is immense. At Noha Global, we’re leading the way by integrating smart systems to streamline building management processes, optimize energy usage, and enhance overall operational efficiency. As awareness grows, I believe Pakistan will witness a significant technological transformation in the FM sector, with AI playing a pivotal role.
What is your vision for the future of Facility Management in Pakistan?
The FM industry in Pakistan is evolving, and I see a bright future with immense opportunities. As the demand for modern infrastructure and sustainable facilities grows, there’s a pressing need for professional FM services that meet global standards.
My vision is to see FM in Pakistan recognized as a strategic business function rather than just an operational necessity. This requires a cultural shift toward embracing innovation, sustainability, and technology-driven solutions. At Noha Global, we’re working to elevate FM standards by introducing global best practices and training a skilled workforce capable of managing complex facilities with a forward-thinking approach.
How is Noha Global transforming the Facility Management landscape in Pakistan?
Noha Global is pioneering the FM industry in Pakistan by setting new benchmarks for service delivery, innovation, and professional excellence. As the first female-led FM company in the country, we’ve championed diversity and inclusion while delivering world-class solutions.
One of our transformative initiatives is the introduction of the IFMA Academy and Learning Management System (LMS) courses for industry professionals. These include specialized certifications such as SFP (Sustainability Facility Professional) and FMP (Facility Management Professional). These globally recognized courses equip FM professionals with the skills to lead sustainable facility operations, manage resources efficiently, and implement strategic workplace solutions.
We’ve also introduced international certifications and safety standards, such as OSHA, NEBOSH, and ISO, to ensure our operations meet global benchmarks. Our focus on technology integration, sustainability, and tailored solutions for each client has allowed us to manage some of the country’s most prestigious facilities, including embassies, government buildings, and commercial complexes.
Moreover, we are heavily investing in training and development, building a skilled workforce capable of tackling the complex challenges of modern facility management. Our goal is to continue transforming the FM sector in Pakistan by fostering a culture of excellence, education, and innovation.
