MediaTek has released the Dimensity 1050 with the fastest and smoothest connectivity possible thanks to seamless 5G sub-6GHz (FR1). The mmWave and long-range Sub-6GHz standards can be switched between with ease.
The Dimensity 930 and Helio G99 CPUs from MediaTek are two more products. The Helio G99 is an upgrade of the LTE-only Helio G96 and features a 6nm-class semiconductor rather than a 12nm chip. Dimensity 930 supports Full HD+ displays with HDR10+ and a refresh rate of 120Hz.
The Octa-Core CPU of the Dimensity 1050 provides strong performance. It contains six Cortex-A55 CPUs running at 2.0GHz and two Cortex-A78 CPUs with a maximum frequency of 2.5GHz. The other component is the ARM Mali-G610 MC3 GPU, which boosts efficiency while also offering excellent gaming performance.
It supports the most recent 3CC-CA connectivity for 4.6Gbps of higher speeds. The Dimensity 1050 enables extremely quick connections to mmWave and 4G LTE. In addition to its Wi-Fi 7 platforms, the Taiwanese manufacturer has introduced Bluetooth 5.3 integration in the Filogic 880 and Filogic 380.
