Ookla, the firm behind Speedtest, has released its most recent study assessing internet speed in Pakistan during the third quarter of 2023. Jazz had the greatest average download speed in the country, according to the survey.

With an average download rate of 20.63 Mbps, it surpassed the other three telcos in the third quarter of 2023. Zong came in second with an average speed of 16.44 Mbps, followed by Ufone with 10.26 Mbps. Telenor came in bottom with 4.77 Mbps.

This comprehensive research evaluates the speed, consistency, and latency of the country’s mobile network operators and broadband internet service providers.

Jazz once again led the way in terms of consistency, a crucial metric, with an outstanding 80.5 percent. It always had a minimum speed for downloading of 5 Mbps and an upload speed of 1 Mbps.

In contrast, Zong and Ufone scored 76.6 percent and 67.7 percent consistency, respectively. Telenor, on the other hand, lagged with a consistency score of 42.5 percent.

According to the research, Zong has the lowest median multi-server latency in Pakistan, at 52 milliseconds. Jazz, Telenor, and Ufone were all close behind with 61ms.

Ookla’s Q3 2023 Market Report conclusions have important ramifications for customers. Pakistani users can anticipate quicker and more dependable internet experiences and hence make informed selections if they have a clear image of mobile internet speeds and consistency.

In conclusion, Jazz’s remarkable performance in Ookla’s latest Mobile Internet Rankings solidifies its position as a leader in the telecommunications industry.

With consistently high-speed and reliable mobile internet services, Jazz has demonstrated its commitment to providing exceptional connectivity to its customers. This achievement not only reflects the company’s dedication to excellence but also underscores its pivotal role in shaping the future of mobile internet services.

As technology continues to advance, Jazz’s dominance in these rankings reaffirms its capacity to meet the ever-growing demands of the digital age and maintain its status as a top-tier provider in the industry.
