2. What key challenges is your industry facing today, and how is your company tackling them?
There are companies that are offering OPEX (Operational Model) costing rather companies like us who tend to make business viable with CAPEX (capital model), which becomes a challenge for profitable business and we now have thought on the same line making the forecast and financing difficult to manage as the business spread is done over years, if not in months.
3. How has digital transformation impacted your industry in recent years?
Yes, but it has made positive effect on our business, company and its customer. As we are already heavily investing on digitalization of workloads, processes and business flows of our customers.

We are trusted consultants of our customers. We do not sell mere products, we rather work in customer environment to showcase our solutions and share proof of concept to our customer building their technology roadmap and securing their adherence with our provided solutions.
