I began my professional journey in process engineering and production management, where I gained hands-on experience in plant operations, process optimization, and quality control. This phase strengthened my ability to troubleshoot challenges, enhance productivity, and implement best practices in chemical manufacturing. - Mid-Career – Expanding into Leadership & Strategy:
As I progressed into senior leadership roles, I took on responsibilities beyond technical operations, including business strategy, cost optimization, and organizational development. Leading large-scale projects and cross-functional teams, I spearheaded initiatives that enhanced operational efficiency, reduced costs, and optimized supply chains. - Current Role – Driving Business Transformation as COO:
Today, as the Deputy General Manager / Chief Operating Officer at SACHLO – Saudi Factory for Chlorine & Alkalis, I oversee end-to-end operations, strategic growth initiatives, and business process improvements. My leadership focuses on:
