Karachi, Pakistan – DigiEstate, Pakistan’s largest Distributed Ledger Technology (DLT)-based proptech and fintech marketplace, recently hosted a high-level brainstorming session on the future of blockchain technology in real estate at the National Incubation Center (NIC) in Karachi. The session was led by Engr. Naeem Khanani, CEO, and Haris Ali Khan, CTO of DigiEstate, who shared insights on building a technology-driven ecosystem for real estate development in Pakistan.

The session saw active participation from Shiza Fatima, Federal Minister of IT & Telecom, and Zarrar Hasham Khan, Secretary IT, along with senior officials from the Ministry of IT & Telecom (MoITT), Ignite, and NIC Karachi. DigiEstate’s co-founders showcased the rapid growth of their startup, which, incubated at NIC Karachi, has seen significant traction in Pakistan and now eyes expansion into the Middle East.
The event highlighted DigiEstate’s commitment to pioneering the integration of blockchain in property and financial technology sectors, setting new benchmarks for a transparent and secure digital ecosystem in Pakistan’s real estate market.
