How do you see the youth of Pakistan?
The youth of Pakistan are our nation’s greatest hope. They are packed with energy, creativity, and a determination to effect positive change. However, to truly hone their potential, we must provide them with the necessary platforms and guidance. I envision them as the architects of a new Pakistan, a country that is technologically advanced and globally competitive. By equipping them with the education, skills, and opportunities they require, we can empower them to unlock their full potential and lead Pakistan into a prosperous future.
How do you see the Industry-Academia gap?
The disparity between academia and industry is a significant challenge in Pakistan. The curriculum often fails to align with the actual demands of the workforce. To bridge this gap and create a workforce that is prepared for today’s job market, we must create stronger collaborations between educational institutions and industry. TMC is actively working to address this issue by partnering with educational institutions, offering internships, and developing training programs that meet the specific needs of the industry. Our goal is to ensure that our graduates are equipped with the skills and knowledge necessary to succeed in their chosen careers.
How can we make Pakistan a better country?
Building a better Pakistan requires a comprehensive approach that addresses the challenges of today while laying the groundwork for a brighter tomorrow. We must invest in education to create a knowledge-based economy, promote innovation to drive economic growth, and improve infrastructure to enhance connectivity and quality of life. By empowering our people, promoting sustainable development, and embracing technological advancements, we can transform Pakistan into a prosperous, equitable, and globally respected nation.
