Bank Alfalah, one of Pakistan’s top commercial banks, has launched Worklee, the country’s first human resources hiring and remote working app. This innovative platform aims to make employment more diverse, inclusive, and accessible for all segments of society.

With a special focus on women seeking remote jobs, persons with disabilities (PwDs), and freelancers, Worklee removes traditional workplace barriers. As a result, it fosters richer, more flexible work experiences for both the Bank and potential employees.

The Alfalah Worklee app offers a seamless, user-friendly interface where individuals can register, build their profiles, apply for jobs at Bank Alfalah, and—where applicable—work remotely. This launch aligns closely with the State Bank of Pakistan’s ‘Banking on Equality’ framework, further underscoring Bank Alfalah’s commitment to financial empowerment and workplace inclusion.

At the initial stage, Worklee will support remote hiring for WhatsApp chat agent positions at the contact center. However, the Bank plans to expand its scope to include roles like programmers and coders as business needs evolve.

Commenting on the initiative, Faisal Farooq Khan, Chief Human Resources Officer at Bank Alfalah, stated:

“At Bank Alfalah, we are committed to creating equal employment opportunities for those who face challenges in conventional work environments. Worklee breaks down barriers and allows people from all backgrounds to work remotely and achieve financial independence. Our goal is to build a workplace where talent—not physical limitations—defines opportunity.”

The Worklee app is free to download on the Google Play Store and Apple App Store. It provides an accessible path for job seekers to register, undergo assessments, receive training, and offer services remotely for designated roles within the Bank.
