Over a span of two years, Bank Alfalah will allocate PKR 14.84 million to establish a digital art lab and enrich the curriculum, empowering young girls towards financial independence from an early age.
The program aims to revolutionize education by integrating digital arts and essential financial literacy into the curriculum, providing girls with professional opportunities in the digital realm. This collaboration is expected to benefit approximately 2,000 female students at Zindagi Trust’s adopted schools within one academic year, equipping them with valuable skills for future career pursuits and financial independence.
Zindagi Trust, renowned for its innovative educational approaches, is pioneering the integration of Digital Arts and Financial Literacy into its adopted schools. This initiative signifies another milestone in the organization’s history, building upon its legacy of introducing innovative educational concepts. The program aims to equip students with indispensable skills necessary for navigating the modern world, blending artistic expression with financial acumen to foster well-rounded individuals.
Simultaneously, the success of this initiative within Zindagi Trust’s adopted schools will pave the way for advocacy and expansion, with plans to develop a tailored curriculum for public schools in Sindh and beyond.
Moreover, Zindagi Trust’s rich history in Arts Education, coupled with collaboration with esteemed faculty from the Indus Valley School of Arts and Architecture and Karachi University, ensures the program’s excellence. Renowned digital artist Umair Najeeb’s involvement further enhances the program’s prominence in digital arts education.
