islamicWhat is your vision and goal for the future of Pakistan’s IT industry, and how do you see this vision shaping the youth and workforce in the country?

My aim for Pakistan’s IT sector is to establish a strong ecosystem that fosters innovation, enhances skill development, and promotes economic opportunities for national progress. By concentrating on creating a workforce that can compete globally and assisting startups via initiatives such as the Global Growth Council (GGC), we can empower the youth to fulfill their potential and make contributions to both local and global markets. At Humantek, we have embraced a work culture grounded in Islamic principles, highlighting equality, respect, and development for each person. This guarantees that while we innovate advanced technology and enhance Pakistan’s position in the global IT sector, we also cultivate a workplace where values and professionalism thrive, motivating our employees to reach excellence. Using mentorship, skills enhancement, and teamwork, I believe that we can create a future in which the youth of Pakistan take the lead in innovation, driving significant change in our society and economy.

In your view, how can Pakistan move toward becoming a truly digital country, and what are the essential steps the government and private sectors should take?

For Pakistan to evolve into a digital nation, there must be a shared dedication from the government and the private sector to adopt digital transformation. This starts with investing in technological infrastructure, promoting accessible digital education, and developing supportive policies for both startups and established companies. By improving cooperation between academia and industry, we can prepare our youth with the necessary skills to succeed in a digital economy. Moreover, GGC was created to encourage collaboration and unite industry leaders to examine and apply solutions that promote growth and innovation. Simultaneously, I think that by promoting cybersecurity, data privacy laws, and fostering digital literacy, we can establish a robust digital framework that enables both companies and individual users to engage in and gain from a flourishing digital economy.

How do you see the Industry-Academia gap in Pakistan, and what steps should be taken to bridge it?

An important obstacle in Pakistan is closing the gap between academia and industry to properly equip our youth for IT careers. This lack of connection prevents graduates from completely grasping technological progress and hampers the growth of a workforce able to succeed internationally. To resolve this issue, it is necessary to connect governmental organizations, the business community, and educational institutes.

I am on a mission to offer learners, hands-on learning, guidance, and the opportunity to participate in practical projects under the roof of Humantek and the Global Growth Council (GGC). To set with the global digital advancement. We are working on organizing programs to invite professionals from different industries into the academic setting via interactive sessions, workshops, and internships.

In this way, the new professionals can start their careers with a deep understanding and live experience, established to make a meaningful impact.
