According to a recent survey by The Economic Times, “Only 20 per cent of employees are satisfied with their jobs”. A major lift in the numbers can be made by the addition of some cheerful activities at the workplace.
According to veteran entrepreneurs, recreational activities provide the perfect medium to communicate at different levels thereby improving the relationship between the staff. These activities work as ice breakers between many employers and the employees who would have remained ill-connected if not for games and activities.
Realizing the significance of refreshing activities at the workplace, EFU’s Social Club team hosted a fun-filled mango and mango overload day for the staff to create some lighter moments.
Though, Pakistan is the world's fifth-largest producer of mangoes, with Chaunsa and Sindhri being the two most popular varieties, among over 200 varieties of this "King of fruits". Mangoes are easily the most popular summer delicacy in Pakistan.
