Google, a leading search engine, has announced 1,000 scholarships for Balochistani youngsters. In Quetta, the Memorandum of Agreement (MoA) was signed. The agreement for the Google Career Certificate was signed in Quetta by representatives of Google. The Department of Education, and the Department of Labor and Manpower also signed the agreement. Google will give 1,000 Balochistan students scholarships at $500,000 each.
Umar Farooq, the CEO of Tech Valley, and Abdul Aziz Uqaili, the chief secretary of Balochistan, made this announcement on Wednesday during a news conference.
“I want to applaud the work of Tech Valley, the Google Career Certificate programme, and all of our departments. Especially our information secretary who made this relationship possible,” Abdul Aziz Uquaili said during the ceremony.
Project management, digital marketing, IT support, advanced business intelligence, cyber security. And design are among the areas in which Google will train young people.
Tech Valley Pakistan has recently entered into a collaboration with the provincial government, marking the first of its kind in the region. This partnership involves a multitude of stakeholders, including colleges, the higher and technical education department. The education department, the science and information technology department. The labor and manpower department, the industries and commerce department. Furthermore it also includes the health department.

In conjunction with The Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Information Technology Board, Google announced 5,000 scholarships for a variety of certificates last month (KPITB). TechValley in Pakistan was in charge of the “Grow with Google” initiative.
It sought to give students in KP the chance to learn the skills required to be successful in the international employment market. Also, it enabled students to investigate better employment possibilities.
